Lanie Fercilien, PA-C, is a proud New England native and a graduate of Clemson University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Biological Sciences in 2013. Following her graduation, she gained invaluable hands-on experience working as a medical scribe and CNA in Charlotte, NC, for three years. Her dedication to healthcare led her to Wingate University, where she completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2018. After a brief tenure as a urology PA in Atlanta, Lanie found her dream job working in outpatient psychiatry in Athens, Georgia in 2020. Beyond her clinical work, she is deeply committed to education, serving as a full-time PA preceptor for six programs across Georgia and guest lecturing in psychiatry at Brenau University’s PA program.
